Headlight Assembly?

I know a couple of people on here made there stock headlights insides black. But the question is how did you open them considering those seals are on there?

Some pictures of how you did them would be nice as well if I havent already asked to much?

If you are a little timid on the procedure you can always buy them off ebay already done with corners too.
