I have a 88' ranger and I am trying to adjust the headlights. I pulled it up to a wall and see the two boxes of light and the horizontal line if you know what am talkin about. Well i tryed to line up the horizontal line and then the boxes werent line up so it didnt look right. Then when i went to line up the boxes the horizontal lights weren't lined up. So which one has to be lined up to each other? Also sometimes when i turn my headlights on it takes them a second to come on and there the stock lights any idea of what could be going bad? Thanks.
