Headlight adjustment for 96 Ranger

I replaced headlights on my 96 Ranger and ordered a adjustment tool, anyone know how to adjust them up, down left, right.no place for a screwdriver that's why I bought the tool!

One uses a female torx socket to adjust the headlamps (I do not remember the size of the bit, it's either 7 or 6). A short 1/4' extension plus a 1/4" ratchet is needed to turn the adjusting screws.
