Headers with ball flang?

I have used headers like these befour, and had problems with the 3 bolts that holds the exast pipe on falling out. what has every one been doing to avoyed this problem, double nutting them?

They make self locking exhaust nuts(out of round, basically)
Or stainless lock washers for exhaust bolt use
