I have a stainless steel, stock placement header coming for my 2.3T. My manifold has a leak, and this was a steal on ebay. ($70.00 with shipping) Guy in CA bought it and realized it had no EGR bung and sold it. I don't want to delete my EGR either. (More like I don't want to re-tune, or I would) Could I weld a bung into it, :icon_welder: or is there some other place you could put it? (I can't think of one, but some of you guy's are pretty creative.) I would think adding a bung would mess with the improved flow a little. Any ideas?

OK, what if I ran the EGR tube off the elbow where the O2 sensor goes. Does the EGR need that pressure from the manifold to function properly???

Poke a hole and add a bung shouldnt notice any difference in power

Yes, mark where it would go, take it to a muffler shop have then add a bung, with correct threads
