Hey guys:

Anyone know if Pacesetter 70-1322 headers for a 87-95 F-150 302 will fit a 94 2wd Ranger? I've searched the forum and find no mention of them.

Thanks

Thanks. I did read that but it doesn't make reference of any other brands. I was hoping maybe someone had tried those Pacesetters. The more I looked at the picture of them the less I think they will work, though. I'm probably going to look for a set of Patriot Tri-Y's for an early Mustang.

Yeah I couldn’t find anything so I just had custom headers made. I was looking for 1 3/4 headers

Those are nice looking headers. Who built them for you, and if I may ask, how expensive were they?

Thanks, I had a local shop do them. I can’t find my post but total if I remember right for everything was about 2,000

I found the ticket they charged me 1,000 to build them but I had the flanges already but I did v bands to bolt the exhaust up. I had them coated but the first time did last so I had another place do them

65-70 mustang tri-y headers should fit with a minor frame trim on the pass side. As long as you’re running a 157 bellhousing

That seems about right for a one-off set of good headers. Considering what I paid for the truck I may try to build my own before I pay that amount though.... it would be a great way to hone my welding skills, lol!

Does the frame trim require filling in the cut out section to reinforce it? Just a notch wouldn't seem to extreme to make a set of tri-y's fit. I was already thinking 157 tooth and corresponding bell to save on space. Don't have tranny or bell yet, though.
