I decided to buy a remanufactured engine from Oreilly auto. It has a 3yr. Unlimted mile waranty, which is pretty awesome. Anyways I want to go to a u pull it place and get a header.if I fine one what can I do about a gasket?

Good move on the rebuilt engine Dan!

If you are spending so much on the engine, a gasket is relatively inexpensive...I just bought one for mine and it came out under $10...go with new...even though the gasket I just replaced looked like I could use it again, I went with the new one...even if you go with a different exhaust it is the same gasket...if I recall correctly.

same gasket/ bolt pattern, although the head will have smog holes under the exhaust port that will have to be tapped and plugged somehow if it had the older cast style manifold..
