I missed having my STT lights on my headache rack, so the other headache rack is being put to other uses lol, and I built this one at school. It's all 2x2 angle, 2x2 square tubing, and 2x4 rectangular tubing. We cut out the oval light holes at school with a CNC plasma machine, and it was all welded with a Lincoln MIG machine. Comments/Questions/Etc. Welcome!

Haha thanks! I pretty much bull-sh!tted the angles to line up with the cab so im very happy how it turned out! Plus being able to light up stop signs almost a half mile away when I hit the brakes is awesome :P :yahoo:

pic from the side?

looks great! i'd rock one, if i could...lol. i have a b2.

I think it would be kinda cool to put one of these in the middle

I thought about it, but I really have no use for reverse lights on it the red lights honestly put out so much light without the brakes on let alone with the brakes on that you can see really well. Thanks!

And another from the top, it sticks up above the center of the cab maybe 1" max.

Thanks gents! :icon_thumby:

No problem. I have another suggestion too, what if you put expanded metal in front of the window? I don't know how it would look but you'd never have to worry about a broken rear window :icon_thumby:

I considered it, but I don't haul much small stuff, and I was more concerned about the paint flaking off the expanded metal with the shaking of the truck.

Thanks!
