Well just go the truck done, went to use the hazards, and they stopped working, the dash has no signals nor the tails or fronts, im going to check the fuse tomorrow, didn't really look into, planned on doing it tomorrow. Its a 95 splash,

Now if its not to fuse, where else would i check any where under the dash on hood for a relay ETC?

Just wondering so i know what to look for if it insnt a blown fuse in the morning, turn signals still work as well as well as the usual lights, just the hazards out?

There should be a separate flasher for the hazards and the signals, my guess is the one for the hazards quit. It should be on the top side of your fuse box.

my hazards dont work every now and then, i have to turn on and off my turn signals a couple times while simultanously turning my hazards on and off then they work, when you turn them on do you still here a clicking like its trying to work?

No i hear nothing my grandpa also said it may be a ground issue since they worked, and then i took the box off and put it back on and they now no longer work, i will be playing with them tomoro,

The hazards arnt working at all, and the signals only work with the hazard switch down, and not up.

Had a similar problem with my 99 XLT with tilt wheel. Hazards only worked when they felt like it, but all other lights worked fine. Changed the flasher unit, checked all the fuses, etc. Nothing. Then I noticed that tilting the wheel up and down sometimes helped. Pulled off the cover on the steering column. Where the wiring harness plugs into the hazard switch, a few of the wires had backed out of the plug because the little plastic nibs that hold the wires in the plug had broken off. Probably done by the previous owner, but those little plastic pieces get real brittle with age. Anyway, I gently pushed the wires back in so they made contact, and used nylon wire ties to hold everything together. Been over 2 years now, still working fine.
