My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Well, I had to work and missed a great day at my local offroad park. Every year, they throw a party and have Barbie Jeep races on the park owner's wife's birthday. Every year, it falls on a weekend that I have to work.

And, a regular jeep product that sent it a little too hard. This happened on a trail where I broke a hub. Yes, rear axle and fuel tank left the chat.

That looks like fun. Well, except that last guy.

I spent yesterday and today removing old gas lines, redoing aluminum wiring to copper, and hanging drywall. Not at all what i wanted to do but the wife tore all the old drywall out and wants a pantry and washer closet added to the kitchen and bathroom

Looks awesome Eric :)

Wait, in that first pic is that a 2 door jag on a 4x4 chassis? that's just silly enough to get my interest :)

I just ended up on a tractor doing farm stuff for my brother today, I need to take some time off work so I can get me stuff done...

I spent most of my Saturday working with my oldest daughter building a 8 x 10 metal building. She just had a baby which yielded me a grandson. She has matured a bunch and is way more willing to accept guidance and learn these days. Our relationship has finally bloomed and it just feels good.

She is actually fun to work with and has a great work ethic. So yeah... I had a fun day even with about 1000 screws and poorly written instructions.

I have the '98 Barbie Jeep Sun Jammer Shop Manual ("Owner's Manual").
That's worth, what, maybe 50 cents?
Old stuff, back when, I got a used one for a daughter and replaced the decals etc to put it to stock. Jeep itself long gone, just have the manual lol.

Yeah, the building kits are kinda interesting to figure out, my 36x48 pole building just had like 10 11"x17" pages of drawings you were supposed to figure everything out from, and like 50 pounds of fasteners...
Ten pages for a pole barn!? I drew 16 story office buildings to go up in swamps with less than that
