I was thinkin about when i was comin back from SERE training and the instructor said "oh we can go faster now" after a certain bump in a dirt road. so we start bombing along at 35-40 MPH in a chevy(i know, military truck wut can i say) 2500 crew cab 4x4. so we are bumping along until he sees a bump goes " aw s&*t" tries to go for the brake and goes "f%$k it" and floors it we get the tail lights( as told from the dude behind us) as high as the top of the roof of a f-250 4x4(wootwoot). then we slam into the embankment on the otherside, coming to a sudden, abrupt, and violent slow down. we look and the only thing wrong is the skidplate is packed full of rocks. so i was wondering who had similar experiences in this and almost crapped their pants:icon_hornsup:

I almost crap my pants every time the missus drives.

...... my chicka has a friend that likes to stop in the opposing lane of traffic while making a left turn.......... i know how you feel stomping on the invisible brake and gas pedal

Funny you should mention this, yesterday when I was driving back from a campsite, me and my buddy were getting wood for this weekend, and he kicked the ass end of his GMC around the corner in SMALL drift, and bit something. We dont know what, but it kicked the front end around and sent him straight off the side of the road and into about a 12 foot ditch. I was in the ranger, so i punched it in reverse and saw the truck on its roof 15 feet down, and headlong into a tree. He got out unscathed. So yea, pretty sure he had to change his drawers. And his truck.

The only time I will ever crap my pants is when I die and only IF I am wearing pants...lol

I was drving KBR recovery escort in Iraq. Uparmoured humvees. Well going north along the MSR round about 8alpha the bridge had been blown up on the northbound side. On the southbound side across from that was an Iraqi Army checkpoint. Before you get to the place where the bridge is out, is a jersey barrier. Then 5 or 6 alternating mound of dirt about4 ft high. Right before all this there is a crossover to the oncoming lane where everyone goes around all this. it was my first mission, this far north and the we were running 60mph+. KBR didnt wanna be out anylonger than neccessary neither did we. Needless to say we were outrunning our headlights. And about the time I heard the radio crackle, me, my gunner, and my TC all screamed the famous "oh shit" . I pulled to the left, missed the jersey barrier, and hit the first mound on the left. I had enough time to brake and bring it down to about 45 mph and got all four wheels in the air. As Im passing guardrail posts. and trying to keep it on the road im braking and tying to stop befor eI get to teh drop off. I roll over one more mound easily and stop about 15 ft from the edge and look behind me because I know the semi towtruck is Fawked. But there is noone behind us. Turns out he waited to late to tell my TC that we had a crossover and before my TC could relay to me we were airborne.

Does that count?

i was at my grandparents house in missorri and they let me use there truck (98 f150) and i was going about 50 mph on a gravel road and there was a hill and on that hill was a turn. so i started to turn and go down the hill(at 50 mph) and then i was sideways then i jumped the curb and when i say jumped i meen i got some air.:icon_surprised: then i found myself sliding toward a 30 ft drop with a deep pond at the bottom.:shok: when i saw it i just about craped my pants but i managed to stop 5 ft befor the dropoff. :icon_thumby:

i was about 14 y/o.:headbang:

in my previous truck (87 chevy s10 4x4) my buddies and i were driving down a dirt road ,that i drive at least 2 or 3 times a week, mind you i ride the dirtbike down the road and hit the same hill at about 30 on the bike and never got much out of it, but we are cookin along in the truck at 55ish and hill kinda snuck up on me and we cought 4-5 feet vertical for about 8 feet and the truck came down hard and rattled every body pannel and scared the shit out of all of us but we landed drove about 20 yards got out checked the truck for dammage and drove off to live another day

it was right after desert storm in north carolina and a harrier had been doing touch and gos for about 15 minutes . the last one he did i seen something was wrong and it flipped upside down and the pilot ejected from the aircraft upside down at about 50 ft off the deck. i remember saying oh shit and a big ball of flames. that is just one time of many i can remember.

I was on driver training exercise driving the training officer's jeep going down a 6% grade dirt road with a 110 deg corner at the bottom .....the TO was about 350lbs and in the pass seat those old jeeps do NOT have syncros and I had way to much faith in ...brakes! By the time I realize the brakes are no good I am going to fast to get into 2nd gear (three speed) pumping the brakes like mad I decide to try the corner instead of drive straight of the road.I had the drivers side wheels with almost 2 feet of air under them, I had no time to crap my pants, though on the back swing I knew there was no way we would roll with 350lbs countering my 175!
