A line of shiny new rangers waiting to be driven.

beautiful.

Yeah, but for anywhere between $10k - $16K. which is REDICULOUS! I went and looked at 5 rangers in Downtown anchorage all for $12K and higher...

BTW, where is that?

I like the fact all the late ones seemed to be manuals, but I don't care for the rims and I don't care for white....

There are quite a bit of them at my local dealer, although I haven't really stopped to check the prices, I wouldn't mind a nice new 4wd sport to replace mine.

I'd prefer a new manual, but I don't want anything bigger than a 3.0L but the dealers here only have the 4.0L and mostly automatic.

Kinda funny how they recycle 1990's Mazda stuff on the new Ranger and all of the sudden it is new again...

:icon_rofl:

I do like the bodycolor front ends... it is too bad in over 100 years of mass vehicle production nobody has figured out how to paint a bumper without it it looking nasty in two or three years.

Wait till you see Lima Bean's homemade rear bumper when he gets it finnish. it's pretty BAMF.

My bumper doesn't look too bad. It was taken off an 88 B2.

I need new bumpers... new bed... new fenders... new driver's side door, new lights.... lol BUT.. I have a grille off of a 94 ranger my friend used to have.

I'm on the hunt for a newish one. 2010's look ugly to me and are ~18k around here.

What did they recycle? I Don't like the body color grilles, especially the white ones, chrome or black looks wayyy better. Body color grille on the blue ones is nice though :icon_thumby:

I didn't know BII's had painted front bumpers.

At any rate they just don't seem to hold up as well as chrome on the front.

The rims on the two right trucks were originally Mazda rims. They also used the unique Mazda bed on the Ranger STX a couple years ago.

Here is a '96 with the same rims:
