the tire always had this "inclination" i told the mechanic about that and he told me it needed an alignment. so today the upper ball joint broke. Luckly i was driving slowly so it wasnt a big deal. i was heading to the chicken feed plant, if this would happended while driving on the road with the truck loaded i dont know what would happen...
i had to go to the farm to dig out the parts disposal bin for an old ball joint to fix it and take it to the farm. a curious thing tho, i gave the bad joint i had a couple hammer hits on the top and it feels really stiff now lol, like new, atleast until i get a new one.
so when we took out the upper arm the bolts were loose.
and thats not supposed to be loose. when we installed the joint back and reinstalled the arm my cousin pulled it out and now the truck's tire isnt inclined, seems like the arm was set way too "close" to the frame. i didnt knew it had an adjustment.
so is there a chance that my mechanic installed the arm without adjusting, there for the tire was inclined and that excesive inclination messed the ball joint??
if so im not taking my truck back to this guy
