Where did you buy em and how much did you pay? I have found some Motive gears for about 400 shipped and some Yukon gears for just over 425. I just want to know if it is a good price.

Also, when installing the gears in the D35, do I need a case spreader?

Thanks

maybe try a local offroad shop, i picked up a set when i did mine on the d35 for $220.00 from yukon then the rebuild was an additional 90 from richmond. those prices you stated seem kinda steep- but that just might be me, i'm a cheap ass when it comes to that stuff. i wouldn't think you would need a case spreader for the d35, i neva used one and had zero problems.

Oh, the 400 is front and rear, the D35 question was separate...sorry

Sweet, I hope I can get by with out the spreader...don't feel like making one. What is the reason for maybe needing one, so you can get the gears in easier?

that seems about right. i ordered a set of Yukons for my 7.5 rear. i dont know if they are comparable in price in all of the diffs. mine ran $196 from a local offroad shop. i was pretty surprised they didnt jack up the price....
