Got my all done finaly and gona try to get some pics up soon. Its peppy but not its full potential. Right now i used the stock explorer headers because they were the only ones i knew for sure would work for the swap.and gt40p heads. But them things are so bent and twisted.....i dont see how it can breath well. So id like to run a set of shortys but not sure what will fit the swap and heads. Anyone have any suggestions? Its a 94 extended cab, 4x4 5sp with a 3in body. Thanks!

Im currently running the tube style and they are restrictive but they di the job for now. The cast manifolds aren't as bad and can be bored out a bit to help and they will still work in a ranger.

If i cant find a good set to work i may just not worry about it and put some afr heads on my other block im building instead of keeping the gt40ps. What kind of cast manifolds will fit?

The explorer ones on the later years. First came the tubular ones, then next cane the cast.

Also the tech library, under the v8 swap section, lists what will work.
