ya,i had someone a little while back suggesting moving the seats back to get more leg room.

not gonna happen.like martin pointed out,this thing's about the size of a refrigerator laying on it's side.

Been busy as heck at work plus the kid busted the piston skirt on the 360 so I helped him tear it down..........Been keepin an eye on you though!

ya,not only no room,but it would need a few amps just to hear it.this thing aint gonna be as quiet inside as the typical jag.i'm expecting a mechanical symphony to be playing.

And like i said earlier you are going to be able to hear the valve body moving in the trans in that location lol.

ya,if it's loud enough to hear over all the other stuff.the diff is solid mounted,so there should be some good gear whine going on,and every one of those 12 cylinders are literally surrounding the passenger compartment with their exhast pulses.


geez,i'm getting a chub just thinking about it.

Have you ever seen the videos of the merlin powered '55 chevy? I think that was about the same clearance issues as you're having... just a bigger car and a bigger motor

i haven't seen that one,though i have seen some other builds using ww2 fighter engines.pretty crazy-i'd love to have a merlin or allison to form a car around.
