I am trying to work out engine cut-off, stumble problem on acceleration. I am trying to check and clean all of the connectors and grounds. Is there somewhere I can find a description or diagram to locate the grounds on this 1988 2.9l BII? For example, where is the ground on the high pressure fuel pump? Since the pump is mounted on a L piece of metal in the frame, I can't really even see the connector very well. What grounds do I need to find and ensure that are tight and clean? There is the one from the battery to block, with another large ground cable, but are there others, like the two that go to the air plenum?
If there isn't any diagrams, can someone just list the grounds and locations?
Thanks.
Also, when looking at the high pressure fuel pump I found a unconnected connect to the rear of the pump location, coming from the vehicle rear direction. It has two light blue wires, does anyone know what this might be for?
