Gutter Guard from Home Depot, apoxy, and Duct Tape.

I don't know if that's what you're talking about, but it cost me like $6, a little more if you need band aids.

done quite a few grillz like have been pictured with different mesh materials. also use to use aluminium to hand cut and form inserts for peoples grills like you see all over the net.
