Hi All,
I finally found a one-piece grille (made by Lund) to fit my '09 Sport 4x2 - I find the factory one too open for my liking as my radiator is already getting messed up. Today I took my truck to get it installed, and it didn't fit, even though it was supposed to be a specific fit. My mechanic even held it up to the old grille and showed me the new one was too wide and too tall, and that my truck didn't even have spots to bolt on a new grille once the old one was popped out. Disappointed, I called the Ford dealership, and the parts guy said "nothing special about it, anything from 2006+ should fit", as I was wondering if maybe this grille was just recycled from another year and I could just buy a grille from whatever other year. Help!
