got some questions on a v8 swap dd

i am wanting to put a 302 auto in my 4x4, 89 ranger. I know everyone has done it but me. But what kind of fuel milage are you getting for your daily driver. Can you also tell me if you are running efi or carb. I know efi are more reliable and no tuning, but i dont know if i want to mess with all the electrical.

stock 4x4 with 323 gear 235 tire and aod with rbv t case adapter???


6 in lift, 35 in tires, and 488 gears with a np435????205 case??




my rig at one point with mild efi v8--- 9-12 town 12-16 hwy 65 mph

with 302/aod/208/410 gear 6 in lift 3 in body lift and 33 in tires.



running tired 6.5 diesel in same situation 15-17 town up to 24 plus hiway...
