Got my truck cap painted....

I bought a cap for Heather's Ranger back when the snow was flying. It was light blue and her truck is black. I put it on and it looked like shit. I've been trying to find someone to paint it for me for cheap. I've had a ton of people say they would and never followed up on it.

MAACO wanted $300.

I took it into work last Sunday and unloaded it with the forklift, sanded it down Thursday before I came home, and one of the service tech's at work shot it with UA paint (Ford's 2 digit code for black) on Friday. I picked it up today. Looks much better except where I screwed it up sanding.

I put them on.. It has a L/S and 4.10 gears.. The only thing it does not have is the skid plate package.

I used to have a cap on the truck.

took it off and now i can see behind me all the sudden.

my friends tell me they use these things called " mirrors" but i just give em a blank stare when the start talking lies.
