So a week or two ago I was seeing how people put their switches on their trucks and got a few results but nothing that really worked for me. For all those who said I couldn't get that many switches on the radio bezel I have a picture for you. I got an additional 4 switches installed. That makes 5 (including factory fog light) switches that I can use for my likings. turned out pretty good. Had to dremel off the weird square plastic on the back of the left side of bezel. rest was a breeze. I wish I could have found my last green switch. now I have 3 green switches and one blue.

yeah the splurge looking stuff by the three switches is glue or something. It was like that when I got the truck, I think the old man tried gluing something there. I was gonna replace it until I found out how much these bezels cost for a used one. I'm just dealing with it for now unless I come across a cheap on at a junk yard. cant pay $40-50 for something that's not broke.

Take everything out of the bezel then sand off the glue and then paint it with wrinkle paint ,if can't find black just paint over any color of wrinkle paint with the black , I use dupi color flat or gloss or spray mix the two and it will come out semi gloss.....

Looks good...

Let me paint it for you...no matter what I paint it comes out wavy...I can even make paper look wavy testing a spray can...:)

That's not a bad idea. I never did think about painting it. Would be an easy fix. Its not show truck, just a daily driver so I don't care about the glue since its not hurting anything. I could probably sand most of it off if I really tried. We got a lot of bad ass chemicals and detail stuff here at work that would probably work. Keeping my truck mallard duck themed since its already green and tan and I have a sweet duck hanging from the mirror so I would probably paint it dark green or something. Any suggestions for a mallard duck themed truck? lol.

$40-$50??? Holy s#@$! At the local junk yards they're like 10-15

Yeah my closest junk yard that would have it is about 40 minutes away and busy as hell all the time and may not even have the part I need. online they are about 40-50. Last time I went to that junk yard to get a plastic door handle for a ranger it was $20. so I'm sure they would be just as expensive.
