Got muddy today!

I wouldnt of hooked on the cross member, lol, but oh well, Im going to wheel my 2wd too, cant wait to actually try..I never wheeled before....though i am making a trail behind my house, lol

Looks like fun anyways

There was nothing else to hook to. She doesn't have tow hooks or any other recovery points up front. I tried from the receiver hitch in the rear but it was still muddy and my strap wasn't long enough to make it to solid ground. I need a 50 foot strap!

For the love of god people, if you don't have recovery points on both ends of the truck keep it on the pavement (or at least out of the mud)

But where's the hands on learning experience if you don't find yourself in quite a predicament a time or two? My last truck I wheeled without recovery points. Learned from the experience in getting stuck and now I have heavy duty recovery points front and rear.

Hey TGD,

These are $7 each at Tractor Supply Company. All you need is a drill and some bits! They work nicely for me: 2 up front, 1 facing downwards on my framerail. Should be a nice lil mod to invest in, especially considering how much your Truck Gets Dirty.

An entire salmon against the radiator? Damn, how did you get through slop thick enough to hide a salmon?

There is not really a trick and its not that deep but some how I managed it (I guess I just have that kind of luck:D), My friend got like 2 filleted salmon corpses around his new aero muffler on his f150 v6.

I wish you guys lived closer to the middle georgia area so I could tag along. Nice pics though. Lots of fun.

Places like this are definitely few and far between. I imagine Georgia has some pretty good spots. I was up there a couple years ago in the Helen and Gainseville area. Tons of forests and such. Looked like great places to take a truck.

Yea, ive been to gainseville, they have some good off roadin but, they arent anything to brag about. I usually do wheelin in my jeep, but I cant seem to find anyone around here to go wheelin with rangers/mazada. They usually have 1/2 tons or jeeps.
