got a ford 9 inch question

ok im fixen on gettin a 77 f150 and it has the ford 9inch in the rear, i dont know what they have up front but its 4wd. the guy im gettin it from said it has 3.50 gears. what are the chances of it having limited slip. and if i weld the rear end if it dont is it stout enuff to handle running the river?

It will have a High Pinion 44 up front. If you weld it right, it will be as strong as any spool.
