Goodyear wrangler silent armor

I need some opinions on these tires. Im supposed to be getting a pretty good deal on a set of these. They are 33x 12.50x 15. I hear they are supposed to be pretty quiet and last for a while. Anybody care to back this up? I do mostly highway driving but I want a tire that I can take off road and not have to worry about.
