Maybe.
You get 7mpg in a Ranger and the repair is buy a Mustang.
I'll tell you something--you just wanted a Mustang. It's not about being practical.
Practical is boring. That's the yardstick to measure it with. Practical would have been a Civic or whatever Ford makes in that size. No way does a V8 Mustang qualify as boring.
The Mustang gets 25 on the highway, thats a lot damn better then 10.
And it's fast, nice looking, etc etc
What's not worth the trade?
Sinner.
Are you talking about a 4cylinder mustang or like a new one because even with the v6 you will still only be getting around 19mpgs tops, my friend ownes one.
7/10mpg? My 3.0 4x4 with stock 3.73's and 33" tires gets close to 20mpg highway. Something must be wrong with it, if I was getting those numbers from my truck i'd sell it too.
I sold my Ranger (on Sunday) for a PT Cruiser.
Maybe.
