OK, so I no longer need the fuse diagram, I figured it out. I finally did the shift motor cleaning and my 4wd works again. My expo was 4wd and I missed the option so much, it feels good to have it back. My ranger is finally capable.

Also I found out my electric was taken care of by the group that helped with rent so I dont have to be into the other place as soon. (for those of you that read my adios, itll prolly be another week or two before I'm gone) It pays to keep the faith.
