Hello all I am just a good ol boy i like my motorcycles {1700 road star} and my 4x4s {1990 ranger xlt & 1994 4-runner} my 4x4 on the ranger is out the front axel is shot i was wondering if anyone could tell me what year front axels I can put under my 1990 xlt 2.9

What part of the axle is broken? Lock-outs, spindle bearings, u-joints, yokes, u-joints, shafts, etc. The whole thing isn't "shot".

These die from neglect. But they are easy and cheap to get going again.

I can't believe a good ol' boy would ride a Yamaha. Isn't there like an F150 motorcycle of some kind?

i have had the truck for only a month upon further inspection i have a franken-ranger it is a 5 speed but my dash has PRND21 front drive shaft was missing when i bought it so i jacked up front turned yolk and it sounded like a bunch of bolts in a blender the rear drive shaft is 2 inches too short so they took 3/4 nuts and used them for spacers at tranny and rear end i like the lil truck just tryin to see if she is worth throwing the time and $$$$ money into
