Pitter-patter, let’s get at ‘er.
Good morning, everyone! I owe a 1994 Ford Ranger (Purple) with about 50K original miles on it. It was handed down to me from my grandfather and I have since been putting it back in good running order and doing some minor upgrades.
Getting ready to replace all the speakers and stock head unit with upgraded ones, Full tint all the way around, new headliner, and new exhaust. I am in the middle of currently replacing the brake calipers, pads, rotors & brake lines along with the timing chain, upgraded suspension and some other odds and ends.

I have had some issues in the past with it not having any balls climbing up steep inclines... so i thought it was the cat. so, I removed it all together and it did help a little bit... but I am still not sure why it seems like I'm struggling for power. On normal roads and freeways, she runs great... until there is an incline then she doesn't like it at all. I know I have to replace the front and rear main seals on it... but I couldn't imagine that is the reason for the lack of power.

Welcome to TRS!

It looks to be a very nice truck. That purple was a unique color!

Thanks Robbie!
Back in 1994 i was with my grandfather when he purchased this truck brand new... we both were matching and wearing Purple shirts that day... which is why we ended up with the Purple truck! haha

My wife and daughters favorite color happens to be purple so it REALLY works out haha
Right now i need to figure out why is have a lack of power when climbing up an incline
