My 1987 Ford Ranger will not start in the morning but will start in the afternoon and every time after that.can anyone help?

Fuel pressure? Turn the key to on but not start it for several seconds 4 times. Then try to start it. Its a long shot...
Each time you turn the key to on it runs the fuel pump for 2 seconds, building up ~10psi fuel pressure each time.

It's got fuel and spark. Plenty of pressure at the fuel rail.
If its got fuel and spark it should run...unless its got no compression but thats not time dependent.

Next time it dont start try holding your foot on the gas a little bit...see if it fires. Maybe an IAC issue?
