Good Deal or ?

I had been watching this truck sit on the dealer lot for a few months.
It was $8995.00. Than I saw they had marked it down to $6988.00.
So the other day I walked in and asked to see it. Took for a little spin.
Came back from my drive offered them $5000.00. They said Okay!
It's a 2000 Ranger XLT SuperCab,power package, CD player,3.0 auto
New tires and brakes. Not a scatch or dent in it. The inside bed does not even have a scatch on it. And only 49,000 one owner miles. (I know the old guy that had it) What do think? Did this old man do all right?

That is a great looking truck. Honestly, I really liked the 3.0L I had in my last ranger.
