gonna see if anyone can help

I've been noticing when I start my truck that my exhaust tone is a little chopping with some missing sounds going on. When I get paid I will put a new cap and rotor (already did plugs and wires), tfi module, and check into te vacuum lines

You are not supposed to mess with what appears to be an idle adjustment screw because it isn't for idle adjustment. The idle is controlled by the EFI computer using the Idle Air Control valve. The adjustment screw is to set the TPS voltage to under 1 volt, preferably .9 volts. Getting the adjustment too low will cause the throttle butterfly valve to stick at Idle and make a smooth movement from idle to low throttle impossible.

Okay. Well that's good to know. I've never turned it does only a littl bit up. So how should I check and make sure it's at .9?

Btw my truck idles at about 750 or so about halfways between 500 and a thousand
