Going for Broke

I just bought my 89 custom shorty about a month ago and I'm going through EGR issues. Anywho, I'm aiming to dump a dealer's bankroll in the mini-madman in the making and completely overhaul the whole truck. I need help finding some of the right parts for what I want and some of the members on TRS have the parts I want for the project. If anyone can help me out, these are the parts I can't find on my own...

Lighting -
Clear Corners
Clear Signal lenses
Clear/Euro tail lights
Under Dash Neons (AutoZone/Oreilly don't carry them anymore)
HID Kit for stock headlight housing

Body Mods -
Sport Mirrors (Dog ears are for mud trucks not street trucks)
Tailgate Skins (For the license plate to sit in the tailgate)
Bumper Skins (Bumpers are for people too dumb for Reese hitches)

Suspension Mods -
Lowering Springs/Control Arms/Shocks/Flip Kit

Interior Mod -
Leather Shift Boot (Bought one and it was 5" too Short)

I've found everything else, Bucket seats, Dash, Gauge Cluster, Short throw Shifter, Crate 306, 6 spd manual trans, triple plate clutch/pressure plate/flywheel combo, Big Boy alternator for the undercarraige neons, 3/4 ton rear end, Sparco Steering Wheel.

Also, if anyone could explain how to safely recess the headlights and signals so I can billet the grill, I would be eternally grateful.
