I see plenty of Ford ads as well as GM and Warn hubs, Edge products, ETC.
I'm pretty sure it's google ads so I think they are random generated.

I've got a "Jay Chevrolet" ad.
They're basically random, and I believe they're blockable. But since they have companies with millions backing them up, as soon as you block one, another comes from somewhere else.
I imagine the Chevy/GM and Chrysler sites are just as irritated about the Ford advertising...

I keep the ads limitied so they're not intrusive. Some forums stick ads right in the middle of threads, or all down the side of the forum. Some great sites that were around for along time are nothing BUT ads anymore.
These ads help site owners. Specially when you spend your whole day 'working' on your site.
As far as the GMC/Chevy ads, they piss me off. There's nothing I can do about it. They're targeting the Ford market. If you ban the URL in Google, the same ad keeps reappearing, but linking to a different dealer. Sooner or later GM will run out of money.

the ads i dont mind it is what it is but the freaking proformance ads are starting to give me a dang complex here
