Girlfriends truck : 1995 Explorer.

She finally found a first car, hopefully it will be a good one. Buying it as soon as it gets out of the shop, it's in there getting a new trans seal put on. She's buying it off a friend for 600 dollars, if that plan changes then I'll post whatever she gets and have the title edited.

The specs (what I know so far) :

1995 Ford Explorer Sport.
4.0 V6, Auto. 190,XXX miles.
Runs strong, has a trans leak on the seal.

The only problem I know of is that it needs a new front bumper. Apparently it's bent in some odd way that the guy said looks very strange. I'm assuming it's bent out from being yanked or something. The local u-pull-it will have all the parts she'll need for it, I'll help her drive down and pick them up and if she's nice to me I'll put them on. I might even sell her my intrepid rims (if they clear the hubs) and my two practically new studded snow tires cheap. My ranger won't me driving in snow any time soon, so it's all just taking up space.

Planned mods:
CD player, unless it has one.
Butterfly seat covers (unless it has leather seats)
Butterfly decals.
Butterfly or Lady Real-tree floor mats.

She just made the 2nd generation, which is a good thing because I'm pretty sure she would think an older style explorer was ugly.
