im looking at this system for my truck but it says that its only 1 3/4" after the muffler? stock is 2" i think...is it because its duals out of the muffler?...

It is probably 1.75" because it is duals out. I wouldn't worry about restriction with that. Realistically the motor ain't that big.
Also note that Gibson's own numbers show more hp and torque with their single system.
I have a single Gibson system on my Sport Trac (they don't make duals for the Gen 2 Tracs). I like it and it was a slam dunk to install. You can hear it. Put a load in or a few people and it gets a lot louder.
