Blown head gasket

A coupled days ago I noticed my truck started getting abnormally hot while driving. Not to the point of overheating, but its just been under normal driving and the days have been pretty cool around here. Its has a slight decrease in power when warm, I've noticed. Im going to change my oil to make sure its clean... I checked a couple times and it looked ok, but its about time to change it anyway. I already flushed out the system a couple days ago... Could this be a bad thermostat? I couldn't think of what else it could be.

Ok I went to change the oil, but before I did I checked the oil and coolant. The coolant was low, and I just topped it off last night. I checked the oil and its milky. So I blew a head gasket.

What is the likely hood that I have a cracked head(s)? I know its common, but is it a 100% occurance?

sunk- nothing in this world is 100% especialy headgaskets
so keep your fingers crossed

if you flushed the system out you probably just blew out the head gasket.too much pressure?crossing my fingers for ya.

Well this sucks. Im trying to sell my other car. If I don't sell I have no driver.. Im considering a 4.0 swap... We'll see.
