I think she's got more flex than that. What kind of lift in the rear? Looks like longer shackles?

BTW, where did you get your pre-runner bar? How much was it and did it come with the skid? I'm debating on wether I should build my own or get something like yours.

Nice truck I like the tu-tone especially with the black wheels:icon_thumby:

those do look like longer shackles but its cause i cut the rear to match the bed line.. all thats under there is 3 springs and the stock bump block lift. i need more rear lift for damn shur.

the bumper is a common yota bumper, came with the truck but didnt mount it so i did.. i cut the mounts and welded it straight to the frame.. if you look at the front pictures of it, the bumper stays level with the frame but the body moves

build one yourself, take the time and make a badass one!!

No offense, but all your flex came from your rear axle. The front didn't move all that much. Looks like you have some Superstiff (Superlift) coils up front.

Truck looks good though.

ya i agree
looks like you were gettin some flex from the 8.8 (or 7.5 idk)
LOL

get her to flex like this, i dont know if its really possible with a TTB front end though

You both can get some more flex if you remove the front sway bar and get rid of those stiff Superlift coils.

More than possible

It's all in the coils.

Edit: hard to tell if the swaybar is hooked up on 4byRANGER's truck (kindof looked like the endlink was off, but maybe not), although Superstiff coils would certainly be cause for a lack of flex too. Of course that's not a very big rock he's on either, no tires off the ground.

i know it has much more in it, but lack of money seems to be my road block.. dosent mean i wont hit the trails just as hard tho.

i had a problem with my left coil falling out of the bucket and i thought it was cause my sway bar was off. but i noticed that there was no retaining clip or anything right there so i welded one on but heres a photo of what happend

newpix050.jpg

notice the blown shock and the dents from the coil getting stuck between it and the tire

rear is stock, just did some fender trimming.. i know supershits, superstiff, superstupid lifts suck. but im taking over my fathers pool business so hopefully well see some improvements here..

You can get F-250 2wd coil retainer clips from Ford for about $5 each. They bolt on that way you can take the coil out if needed.

ahhhhh, where is the front drive shaft, good try, trying to get are attention to other parts of the truck lol...j.k
