Gen 1 grille?

Does anyone have a custom Gen 1 grille they would like to part with? If not does anyone on here have any tips for making my own billet looking grille. I'd really like to put one on my truck along with a pushbar. I believe that with a pushbar would look really good on the front. But if you do could you please post a pic or some pics about making one?

shouldn't be hard..

someone here used a 2nd gen billet insert. cut the center out of their grille and mounted it in.

maybe it wasn't a 2nd gen insert. idk... i'm not much help lol

"Custom" Ranger's had plain black grilles, mine had it and I didn't care for it.

Some have spliced the grille of a later Aerostar into the center of a first generation grille. Gives it a smoother look and centers the oval, some prefer it.

I could do that, but how bout mounting it in the original grille? Any suggestions?

I have not done it, I have only heard of it. After posting that I just noticed by dumb luck that the street truck (Sighman) shown at the upper right of the screen has had it done, click on it and he tells about it.
