how do i find out what gears have? and when i find out what does goin bigger do like in #s or what does goin down mean? please help me would like to kno so maybe i can change them out

ok so i have a 3.08 gears what would goin up to a 3.73 do or 4.10 or what is the difference?

It would make it way more enjoyable to drive and probably give you better mileage.

ok i have a 3.73 in my parts truck do i need to change out both front and read diffs? and would i have more top speed or low end power? cuz its really low low low like i have to shift all the time and i would like to have more speed in first

Unless you plan on doing well over 100MPH, top speed is not effected. 3.08s are retarded high, especially for a 2.8, you're going to shift sooner with 3.73s. And yes both front and rear need to be changed if you plan to use 4x4.

ok so i should stick with the 3.08 or what would gettin a 4.10 do im still kinda confused

The bigger the number the better. Go with the 3.73s you're get better power and mileage.
