i need some advice on what gear to change to. i building a truck for my cabin that will only be used a few month out of the year. Its a 92 with a 2.3 2wd
i am going to be running 33. what gears should i run it has the 7.5 i was thing maybe 5.13 or swapping in an8.8 and running 6.14 the truck will never be drive over 45 mph once i get it up there so i am not worried about fuel econ.

does the truck ever have to go on an actual street or all trails and unassumed roads

it will be driven on a street to go to the town and get gas. and do bump runs other than that only on dirt roads. there are a lot of hills there and i want to be able to get up them

Yeah swap in the 8.8" and gear it with 5.13s. That should work great to get you up and over those hills. Anything more than that is probably going to be excessive.
