I just recently removed the fuel injecters for new o rings, but foolishly had the valve covers off while doing so and a small amount of gas fell into the headers. The engine hasnt been turned yet and an oil change is definetly in need, but is there any danger of this causing a significant problem?

I think you mean the heads? How much is a small amount? Chances are, you are fine. But if it needs an oil change , then change it.

It's the best thing for an engine :icon_thumby:

Run it. IF the fuel made it to the oil reservoir, it will vaporize out the PCV valve. The oil will be minutely thinner while the gas is mixed in, but with old oil will cause no problem.

I'm assuming you didn't drop a quart of gas in there. If you did, do your maintenance and change the oil.
