Im trying to gain power in my 2005 ford ranger XLT 4.0L V6 any mods yall could suggest?

As far as easy bolt on stuff goes, there's not much out there for these engines.
I'd recommend installing an electric fan for sure though, I just installed a 2.3 ranger fan and shroud on my 3.0 and it's added power.
Maybe also consider upgrading your ignition with better gapped spark plugs, low resistance wires, and maybe a more powerful coil (opinions vary on the coil).
Consider an underdrive pulley as well, should free up some extra ponies.

unfortunately ive looked all over for an underdrive pulley for my ranger and they dont produce them anymore

yeah, the under drive pulleys are pretty much gone. i looked for a while too and gave up
