G Force Chip???

Has anyone ever heard of this performance chip?

They promise a lot for only $70. The thing is, I'm not sure if its a scam or if it can be trusted and if any of you have had experience with it. Thanks in advance.

From the ad it's MAGIC CHIP! More power is higher flow, more air, more fuel, more compression - how do you think that chip does any of that?
