There's a bunch of Explorer stuff in the interior - EATC climate control, overhead console, center console, trip computer. The trip computer is compatible with an Explorer V8 PCM and some Explorer V6 PCMs but I don't think it would be fully functional using a Ranger PCM. The consoles are well established mods. The EATC is more involved but has been done on several Rangers. Headlights are stockers with the backgrounds painted satin black. Here are some links to how-to's:
Stainless Steel brakes makes a bolt on kit and others make partial or complete kits. Some owners have adapted Mustang brakes.
I guess it's a matter of taste. I like the Explorer wheel.

I've seen a few 302 swaps on gen 1, 2 and even 3 rangers but Never a newer model ranger. I hear its soo much of a pain its not worth it but your setup like many others have said looks like it came from the factory that way. Very nice work !
The engine/trans/t-case is shifted 3/8" to the passenger side to give just enough clearance to the DS frame rail. This was done by simply welding up the factory holes in the engine plates and trans x-member and then redrilling them. You can't go much much further to the PS on a 98+ Ranger without running into clearance problems at the PS header and downpipe.
