Fuse/ground question.

I'm just curious...there are two, rather large bolts behind the rubber 'flap' on the fuse door inside the cab between the dash and the door, the one that contains all the 'mini fuses'. I forget what size they are, but if anybody knows if those go directly into the frame, I'd really appreciate the info. I want to use that as a ground if possible. They are close to 1/2" bolts...maybe 5/8 or something. Or 12-14mm.
 
No. They may still ground, but they are not a good ground. When I wired up mine, I ran a wire right out and to the negative post on the battery for a ground, doing it that way takes the chance of a bad ground out of the equation.
