Fun Stuff - Fender Flares ! and RANGER lettering

Hi Everyone

So, somehow this seems to be addicting lol. i don't want to do to much but saw a picture of a ranger that had what they called Fender Flares that I was just like wow, i will find the picture. i already tried amazon but couldnt find them or these ones. also is this something you can do at home? SO far I can and will do the Steps and the Tonneau cover and mud flaps, from watching youtube videos lol

so was wondering if Fender Flares could be done the same way? pre drilled holes?

also, there was a killer (for me) addition a guy did, that he added stickers to the RANGER letters in the back

Some flares just use double sided tape to attach, some require drilling.

Careful with how large of a flare you go with though.. too big of a flare without different wheels/wheel spacers just looks goofy.

Bushwacker brand flares don’t require tape or drilling, but you do need 6” hand clamps to pull the top of the flares in enough to screw the flare to the clips that go on your fender lip.

Instructions that are included are darn near useless.

I needed 1-1/2” wheel spacers to bump the stock wheels out enough to look right on my ‘07.

the lettering is available for 24 and 25, just keep looking. my wife found a few places that do the new rangers because she wants to do some on my 24 grey ranger. she wants the black american flag looking ones

That's very cool @superj - i just put a flag in my sliding window and in the hitch as a protector cover! they look great

It is my understanding that the Bushwacker Pocket Flare installation can vary from generation to generation; their instructions are unquestionably written in fabricator speak!

I got my black stainless steel tailgate letters and door stripes there. Order at the dealer's parts dept and use your Ford Pass points for a discount. They have some fender flairs too but I'm not sure about 2024+.
