Fuel tank vent

Anyone have a fuel tank for a b2 that they can get to. And measure the vent hole size? The small hole behind the fuel pump hole. My vent(or whatever it is) is just sitting n the hole. Leaking fuel at a full tank.

Can't say what the size is but LMC has the rubber seal for 5 bucks, PN 40-1241. Mine is the same way, I have the seal and can measure this afternoon if you still need the info.

this must be a common problem. i got the same issue. do you guys get really strong gas smells. i also battling bad fuel mileage. lol you would think with a 23 gallon tank you would get more than 200 miles out of it. lol still working out the bugs.

I just replaced my in tank fuel pump and the rubber grommet that seals the vent. Your local Ford dealer should have a grommet in stock for around $10.00

I yanked one out of a F-150 of the same vintage in the JY and replaced mine.
