Fuel Rails

Hi guys, I've been searching the wreckers for a fuel rail and lines for a 96-98 Explorer V8 with no luck, can anyone tell me if I can use one from a F150 5.0, I have a 1989 Ranger with a 92 Mustang 5.0 in it. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

I tried this during my swap... No Bueno. Injector angle was different. Not saying others haven't done it successfully but I had no luck... I ended up finding one on eBay. Good luck.
