I have a problem with my fuel pump. I say it is the fuel pump because when it occurs I can not hear the pump pressure up. At random times the truck will not start. It spins over easily but will not run. I noticed when it does this the pump is not pressuring up when I turn on the key. There does not seem to be any rhime or reason to when it does it. I changed the relay thinking it was going bad. But a couple of days later it did it again. Usually I can sit there and try it a few times and then it starts up. I have had the bed off to replace the filler tube so I wondered I could have done something to the wires to make it short out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
